• Fluorite rod
• White candle

1. Preparation: Find a quiet space where you can focus without distractions. Place a clean cloth or tablecloth on a table or floor. Place the candle, incense, water, and sea salt on the cloth.
2. Calming down: Light a candle and incense. Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths in and out, calming your mind.
