Delivery Areas
Semiphoras ships to all of Finland and EU countries. International shipments are primarily sent via Posti (Finnish Post) parcels.
Delivery Methods
Orders within Finland are delivered to the nearest Posti pick-up point or parcel locker. Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and other EU countries are delivered via Posti parcels.
Shipping Costs
Finland
- Standard shipping: €6.95 per order
- Orders over €100: free shipping in Finland (applies to stock items only)
- Pre-order / dropship items: €19 per order, applies to all orders regardless of total value. Not eligible for free shipping.
Baltic Countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
-Shipping cost: €7.90 per order
- Orders over €100: free shipping to Baltic countries (applies to stock items only)
- Pre-order / dropship items: €19 per order, applies to all orders regardless of total value. Not eligible for free shipping.
Other EU Countries
- Shipping cost: €20 per order
- Pre-order / dropship items: €19 per order, applies to all orders regardless of total value.
Shipping costs are always visible in the cart and on the order confirmation page before payment.
Delivery Times
Stock items are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Pre-order / dropship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Average delivery time is 2–3 weeks depending on the product. Orders containing both stock and pre-order items will be delivered in separate shipments at no extra cost.
Pre-order / Dropship Delivery
Pre-order items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the address provided or to the nearest pick-up point. The manufacturer determines the delivery method and time. Customers are notified promptly of any delays.
Tracking & Receiving
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. Please check your package upon receipt. If it is damaged, contact both Posti and Semiphoras customer service immediately.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional situations (manufacturer delays, strikes, or other external factors), delivery times may be extended. Customers are notified of delays and offered alternative solutions, such as a refund or replacement item.
