Refund policy
REFUND, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer possesses a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase without the obligation to provide a reason. The cancellation period concludes 14 days after the customer has taken receipt of the product. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify Semiphoras of their decision to cancel through email at: info@semiphoras.com or by utilizing the contact form accessible on our website. The customer must promptly return the withdrawn product to Semiphoras, and no later than 14 days after issuing the cancellation notification. The deadline shall be deemed as met if the customer dispatches the goods prior to the conclusion of the aforementioned 14-day timeframe.
It should be duly noted that digital products, encompassing instructional courses and training videos, or any other downloadable or streaming content, are subject to a 14-day cancellation right solely if their downloading or utilization has not been initiated. Should downloading or utilization commence within the withdrawal period, the purchaser shall forfeit their right to withdrawal, given that these products are instantaneously accessible to the customer following order confirmation, allowing for immediate utilization.
Limitations on the Right of Withdrawal
Without prejudice to the provisions of consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal shall not apply, inter alia, in situations where:

The contract concerns goods that are manufactured or modified according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized to meet personal needs.
- The delivery of a digital product electronically has commenced prior to the expiration of the consumer's withdrawal period at the consumer's request or consent as defined in consumer protection legislation, and the consumer has been informed of the absence of the right of withdrawal in such cases.
We are not obligated to accept customer returns or provide replacements for products that are damaged or used. Therefore, it is advisable to handle products with care and caution prior to making a final purchasing decision. To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The product/products must be returned in their original packaging or otherwise securely packaged. If you are returning a product with a value exceeding €75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or insuring the shipment. In the event that the return shipment becomes lost, Semiphoras shall not be held responsible for compensating the lost shipment.
The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the received product. The customer is accountable for any decrease in the value of the product, resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
When returning the entire order, we will refund the price of the products, but not the shipping costs. When returning only a portion of the order, we will refund the price of the products, but not the shipping costs.
RIGHT OF EXCHANGE
Products ordered from our online store are not eligible for exchange, only a 14-day right of return applies. If you wish to replace a product with a new one, please follow the return instructions provided above and place a new order through our online store.
REFUNDS
We will promptly refund the customer for all payments received in connection with the cancelled product, no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. However, Semiphoras reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned product has been received.
Please note! We do not reimburse the shipping costs for returned products!
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund, please double-check your bank account. If the refund is still missing, contact your credit card company, as processing refunds may take some time. After that, contact your bank. It usually takes some time for the refund to appear in your bank account. If you still have not received the refund, please contact us at: info@semiphoras.com.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Not claiming a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge a shipping fee of €10-€20 depending on the country and shipping method used.
SPECIAL TERMS FOR DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
If you return an order purchased with a gift card, we will refund the amount back to the gift card, which you can use for your next order. The gift card cannot be converted into cash. We are also not responsible if the digital gift card ends up in the recipient's spam folder or quarantine, as this is entirely dependent on the recipient's email settings, and we cannot influence it. We are not responsible for third-party system failures that may cause disruptions in the delivery of gift cards (force majeure).
COMPLAINTS
You must inspect the online store shipment (the condition of the ordered products) immediately upon receipt or within seven (7) days of receipt at the latest. In the event of a defect or deficiency in the product, an incorrect shipment by Semiphoras Ltd., or an error occurring during transportation, please notify us without delay at: info@semiphoras.com.
You may refuse to accept the product if damage to the product is clearly visible (e.g., damage to the product's packaging). In such cases, complete a damage report via the delivery company's damage reporting service or contact Semiphoras customer service.
If you have already received the product and notice that it is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. In your email, please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. To facilitate the process, please take photographs of the damaged product and send them to: info@semiphoras.com.
We will respond to your complaint within a maximum of three (3) business days with instructions on the next steps.
Please note that the right to complain only applies to the original defects in the products and does not cover wear and tear or damage resulting from use or handling. The product subject to a complaint will always be examined by Semiphoras Ltd. before a final decision on the complaint is made. As a consumer, you have the right to legal remedies under consumer protection legislation in situations where a product sold by us is defective.
