Fluorite is especially valued for its beautiful and varied colours. It occurs in shades of violet, green, blue, yellow and colourless, and many specimens display a striking glow under ultraviolet light. Symbolic Meaning

Fluorite is regarded as a highly protective and harmonising stone. It is believed to dispel negative energies and sources of stress, cleansing and reorganising whatever is out of balance within the body. On a psychological level, fluorite is thought to help release rigid behavioural patterns, gently opening the door to the subconscious.

Fluorite is traditionally associated with Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces. Green fluorite in particular is believed to ground excess energy, ease emotional trauma, bring insight from the subconscious, and foster a living connection with intuition.
