Content of the guidance

This guided meditation class introduces the foundations of effective manifestation. The practice is built upon four key elements:

  • Brainwaves: Which states of consciousness foster learning, emotional transformation, and inner alignment? We focus in particular on alpha and theta waves, which are linked to deep relaxation, open awareness, and creative imagination.
  • Emotion and Imagery: The human nervous system does not clearly distinguish between what is imagined and what is real. For this reason, a vividly felt image – experienced on both body and emotional levels – can act as a guide and catalyst for inner change.
  • Shaping Intention: We practise formulating a clear yet flexible intention – one that provides direction without rigidity, and can be embodied on both the mental and physical levels.
  • Personal Focus: Each participant is invited to bring their own wish, question, or life situation into the process. The exercises are guided so that they can be meaningfully applied to one’s own context, ensuring that the meditation is not abstract or general, but personally relevant.

The class weaves together explanation, guided meditation, and space for reflection, offering both understanding and direct experience.
