5. Rose water in a bowl: Pour a small amount of rose water into a bowl or cup. You can add a pinch of salt to the water, which will increase its cleansing power.

6. Purification : Soak a clean cloth in rose water and hold it in your hands for a moment. Imagine that the water is absorbing all the negative energy that has accumulated in your body, mind, or spirit. Wipe different parts of your body with the cloth: first your face, then your hands, your heart chakra (in the center of your chest), and finally your feet.
