Benefits of lavender and rose
Lavender is known for its calming and relaxing effects. It is often used to relieve stress and anxiety, promote better sleep, and create a serene atmosphere.
The scent of roses is associated with improving mood and strengthening feelings of love and compassion.
Sagrada Madre
Sagrada Madre means "Holy Mother", Pancha Mama, and the name reflects a respectful attitude towards the Earth's natural resources.
In addition to charcoal, odorless fruit-based biomass is used to aid combustion. Over 100 tons of residual material is generated annually in the industrial processing of fruits, such as juice production. Instead of letting this go to waste, Sagrada Madre repurposes it in their incense sticks.
The incense is packaged in environmentally friendly and elegantly designed packaging, created with minimal environmental impact in mind.

How to burn incense
Light the incense stick from the tip. Once the incense is lit, allow the flame to burn for a few seconds, then gently blow it out. The tip will now glow orange-red and release a rich, pleasant smoke. Place the incense stick upright (or slightly tilted) in an incense holder or alternatively in a container filled with sand or fine sea salt. Make sure the ash falls directly into the container.
Since incense produces smoke while burning, ensure adequate ventilation. We recommend using the incense near an open window or balcony door. This allows the smoke to mix with fresh outdoor air, enhancing the fragrance. You may also burn the incense outdoors. Let the incense burn calmly until it goes out on its own, or extinguish it before it finishes burning. The easiest way to put out the incense is to gently press the burning tip against the edge of the container or into the sand.
Note! Pay attention to fire safety. Treat the incense as you would an open flame. Never leave a burning incense unattended. The glowing tip of the burning incense is extremely hot. Ensure the smoke can rise freely and that there are no flammable materials nearby, such as curtains or textiles. Also, make sure the incense holder or container is placed on a heat-resistant surface. Keep out of reach of children.
