Tea Tree essential oil is steam-distilled from the leaves and twigs of the tea tree. Its aroma is strong, fresh, herbal and slightly camphoraceous.
Symbolic meaning
Tea tree is associated with cleansing, protection and stronger boundaries. In ritual work, Tea Tree oil may be used as a fragrance for symbolic cleansing and releasing what is no longer needed.
Use
Add the amount of oil recommended by the diffuser manufacturer.
For use in an oil burner, dilute the oil in water. Fill the burner bowl with water and add 3–5 drops of oil. Do not allow the bowl to dry out during use.
Safety
For external use only. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to the skin.
