Very beautiful, unusually shaped grossular with small hessonites. The colors are greenish gray and fiery yellow. Grossular is a group of minerals belonging to silicate minerals. Grossulars belong to garnets. Grossulars can be colorless, brown, red, orange, yellow, white, or green. Brown grossular is called cinnamon garnet. Rosolite is the pink form of grossular. The dark green is called tsavorite and hessonite is the red-brown form of grossular. Hessonite is found especially in Ceylon.

Symbol meaning

Also known as the stone of spiritual growth, transformation, new beginnings and well-being, the grossular is believed to bring the wearer freedom, good luck, prosperity and comfort. Grossular is also called the stone of abundance, as it is considered to be connected to the solar plexus chakra, the root chakra and the heart chakra.
